(1) SABCA Technologies

SABCA Technologies, the new subsidiary of the Belgian aerospace flagship Sabca, builds on globally recognized expertise in electromechanical actuation for thrust vectoring of space launchers, such as the Ariane 5, 6, and Vega programs. These actuating systems enable precise control of spacecraft flight by altering the direction of thrust or the orientation of aerodynamic control surfaces, playing a critical role throughout the mission.

Looking ahead, Sabca Technologies is already developing innovative actuation systems and transferring this technology to the civil and military aviation sectors. These advancements allow for lighter, more cost-effective, and environmentally friendly equipment. In collaboration with OEMs, Sabca Technologies is building the planes of tomorrow.

(2) SABCA Limburg : composite excellence

Sabca Limburg boasts impressive industrial capabilities for highly automated production of complex composite parts through automated tape laying and the recently acquired automated fiber placement technology. Building on strong competence in the civil aviation sector, it now also supports Europe’s growth in the defense industry by producing integrated composite assemblies for the F35 fighter jet. As such, Sabca Limburg remains at the forefront of high-tech composite aerostructures.

(3) SABCA Aerostructure

Since the early '90s, SABCA has been a Tier-1 supplier of aerostructures to major aircraft manufacturers.

One of the most recent examples of SABCA’s expertise is the development of the A350 Flap Supports—an advanced and complex wing component that plays a key role in the aircraft's performance and fuel efficiency.

This project highlights the strong confidence that customers place in SABCA’s know-how.

SABCA developed both the manufacturing and assembly lines for this component, which benefit from:

· Automation, with robots working alongside human operators;

· Digitalization, including visual tools to monitor performance and the status of the production line.

SABCA’s design expertise—combined with a state-of-the-art production system—makes the company a strong partner for both upcoming commercial aircraft programs and future defense platforms.

Going forward, Sabca will expand its activities in Morocco, building on its current presence in Nouaceur and its expertise as a Tier-1 supplier, to develop additional primary parts and assembly activities in the near future.
