Sabena engineering presence in Morocco is marked by the establishment of "Maintenance Aero Maroc" (MAM) at the Benslimane air force base, a venture that commenced in 2022.
This initiative aims to upgrade the Marocain defense capabilities, focusing on the robust transfer of cutting-edge technologies and the creation of skilled local employment opportunities within a high-value-added sector.
Maintenance Aero Maroc is dedicated to ensuring the maintenance of the Royal Armed Forces (FRA) C-130 aircraft fleet, a project designed to the development of local specialized technical skills.
This endeavor not only aims to enhance the capabilities of the armed forces but also fosters the gradual buildup of autonomous local expertise.
By investing in these areas, MAM is setting a foundation for long-term growth collaboration and innovation in Morocco's aerospace sector.
